Employment and Skill Building Specialist

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

None

EXPERIENCE:

One or more years’ experience working with adults who have a developmental disability and mental illness.  Must possess a valid driver’s license.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Employment and Skill Building Specialist duties include documenting on consumer progress, personal care, carrying out assigned individual or group activities, implementing consumer treatment plans and providing pre-employment and employment services at the Agency or in the community. Flexibility with work hours may be necessary to meet the consumer needs.

RANGE OF PAY:

Annual Salary Range $29,704.28 – $37,552.49
